Our mission is to create and sustain an economic climate that enhances the growth, prosperity and quality of life for all who live and work in Ferriday and its surrounding community.

Our goal is to provide highly valued services, events and programs along with promoting economic development. We work in collaboration with our Miss-Lou community partners in developing and marketing a positive, progressive image of Ferriday.

Ferriday is unique in that it is an ideal residence community with numerous, well stocked fishing and skiing lakes, nearby cultural events and festivals, excellent restaurants and catering facilities, public and private golf, tennis, or sports activities, active Mardi Gras Krewes, along with historical, religious, and service organizations. Property values are some of the most reasonable nationwide and range from historically significant to small and quaint or spacious and contemporary. Identifying and promoting Ferriday's assets, strengths and potential, as well as continuing to build a high performance organization capable of achieving its mission, the Ferriday Chamber of Commerce members strive to benefit the community.
